Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

• You can cancel free of charge before the order cutoff (12 PM the day before / as shown at checkout) by calling or messaging us.
• Once cutting has started, orders cannot be cancelled since the products are perishable and custom cut.

Quality issues

If you receive a product that is not fresh, damaged, short in weight or incorrect, contact us within 2 hours of delivery/pickup with a photo. We will offer a replacement or a full/partial refund.

Refunds

• Approved refunds for online payments are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Cash orders are refunded via UPI or bank transfer.
• If we cancel an order (stock or slot unavailable), you get a full refund.
